We carry out addition & alteration works, reconstruction and rebuilds on landed homes across Singapore. Our own team plus subcontractors we have worked with for years, so where your house is does not change what we can do or what we charge.
Every district in Singapore, except Sentosa — we do not take work there. Everywhere else, from a terrace in Telok Kurau to a detached house in Namly, is work we do.
Distance does not change the quotation. What changes the cost is the structural condition of the existing house, how much floor area you are adding, site access, and the finishing standard — never the postcode.
These are the areas we serve. If your estate is not named here it does not mean we do not cover it — it means the list would be endless. Ask.

URA sets landed housing controls plot by plot — the envelope you can build within, setbacks from each boundary, how many storeys, and what the roof can do. Some estates sit inside Good Class Bungalow areas, where the rules are tighter again. Others fall within conservation boundaries.
This is why "my neighbour did it, so I can too" is the most expensive assumption in landed renovation. We pull your property's actual URA records before quoting. Sometimes that tells us straight away that an idea will not be approved — better to know before you have paid anyone to draw it.
Older estates bring a second question: what the existing structure will carry. A house built in the 1970s was not designed for today's loads, so adding a storey often means reinforcing what is already there. We check that before quoting, not after starting. More on how we approach A&A works.
Tell us the road and what you are thinking of doing. We will tell you what URA allows on that plot before anything else — including when the answer is no.
