Speak to the Builder.

You don't need to have everything ready. But the more we know up front, the faster we can give you a useful answer instead of "let's set up a call to discuss."

If you have it, send:

• Your address (so we can pull URA records and check the plot)
• A rough idea of what you want to do — A&A, rebuild, structural change, etc.
• Any architectural drawings, sketches, or reference photos
• URA or BCA approvals, if you've already started the submission process
• Your timeline — when you'd like work to start

If you have none of the above and just want to talk, that's fine too. Most of our clients started with "I'm thinking about doing something but I don't know where to start." We're used to that conversation.

What we won't do over WhatsApp: give you a firm price. Quotations come after a site visit — we won't quote landed building works without seeing the structure. Ballpark conversations are fine; binding numbers need eyes on the property.
