An older terrace house with a tiled roof, window grilles and terrazzo floors, reworked with a white rendered facade, a horizontal-slat gate and a glass balcony screen. Inside, an open-plan living and dining area with a black-framed staircase, a stone-splashback kitchen with an island, new bathrooms, bedrooms and a home study.
