What we're learning, what we're seeing, what we wish more landed homeowners knew before they signed anyone's contract.

Notes from the site

This is where we share what we are learning — from the projects we work on, the problems we help clients solve, and the patterns we see across hundreds of site visits.

We are a BCA General Builder Class 2 specialising in heavy building works for landed homes. Our clients find us mostly through referrals from past commercial clients who became neighbours. This journal is how we help the next generation of landed homeowners — by sharing the advice we wish they had before they signed anyone's contract.

Expect articles on:

  • A&A, reconstruction, and rebuilds
  • Structural considerations most contractors skip
  • URA and BCA submission gotchas
  • What to watch for when buying a landed home
  • When to use a General Builder vs a renovation contractor

If there's a question you wish a builder would answer honestly, send us a WhatsApp message. We turn the most common questions into articles.
